Narrative Immersion: The Hueys

Due to the success of using an Oliver Jeffers text last academic year (The Day The Crayons Quit) we used another of his texts 'The Hueys - The New Jumper' as our second narrative immersion book this year.  It was as fun! We started off in assembly where all the staff copied each other when sneezing, standing up, yawning and many more things! All clues to Rupert and his Huey friends! 

We all enjoyed a week of activities which included reading, writing, art, drama and Talk for Writing sequencing.
